Reported in the Blocked/Damaged category anonymously at 13:54, Monday 17 August 2020

Sent to Northamptonshire County Council less than a minute later. ref: 2249683.

22 York Road has water beneath front room floor boards. Always fresh. We bought the house end of May and it has never gone away. Anglian water have been out and think the storm drain might be cracked (in photo with blue car). The roads and pavements are dry but there appears to be damp stains potentially from drain.
