Drain Blocked

Mud, sludge and slime in the parking bay adjacent to my home was covered in. The drain is covered in thick mud I paid £170 again to have my drive cleaned in June and today, after the rain, the bay is again covered in mud and sludge. The drain is nearly covered again and all the filth has run straight down into my drive. I am at my wits end with it all. I cannot get a spade and dig and scrape all this up and clear the drain as my husband used to when he was alive. I am a pensioner and I am the sole carer of my son who has a rare degenerative progressive disease. I have nurses and other health professionals coming to my house and it looks so bad now. Please will you clean
