Overhanging Hedgens

Reported in the Restricted Visibility / Overgrown / Overhanging category anonymously at 13:44, Tuesday 25 August 2020

Sent to Northamptonshire County Council less than a minute later. ref: 2262620.

The hedges over the path along Newton road are terrible, when using this path over the weekend on several occasions I have to walk in the road, which is very dangerous as the cars drive so fast done this road. Please cut these hedges back to the path can be used when walking along Newton Road, and not the road.

  • This pathway is now almost completely covered by overgrown hedges etc for most of this very fast (de restricted) roadway. The path is used as the ONLY access for pedestrians to get to the Doctors etc at Harborough Field. It is now impossible for pedestrians to safely use this footway. PLEASE GET THE OVERGROWN HEDGE CUT BACK BEFORE SOMEONE IS KILLED. The above photo is 2 months old. Situation is FAR worse now.
