Overhanging tree is in the face of anyone getting out of a parked car

2.10.20-1.15pm Received a visit from the county council giving us information regarding this complaint, action-ed immediately and has been cut back in line with the brick wall, we have collated photo evidence of this if case it is required at another time. Also the complaint states it is in the face of someone getting out of a parked car- not true as cars park on the opposite side of the road!!
