Overgrown tall tree with Too many branches, obstructing road, dangerous in the wind
Reported in the Restricted Visibility / Overgrown / Overhanging category by Christelle Peacock at 15:34, Wed 2 September 2020
Sent to Northamptonshire County Council less than a minute later. ref: 2275349.
Tree has never been pruned (in 9 years living at this address) and has too many branches, which grow all the way to the bottom of the trunk. This is obstructing the road and path. In the wind, this tree is dangerous as it has too many leaves and branches, which act as a sail and it could fall on a car, person or house. It needs pruning to achieve significant reduction in hight and number of branches. Also, the top branches are tangled in cables , Which looK like electric cables. The lower branches are obstructing the road and the access to my drive by car as well as the pedestrian path.
Thank you for reporting a fault. We will use the information you have provided to assess and prioritise this fault in accordance with our published response times for fault reports.
