Overgrown Trees

I am concerned about a tree in Mawsley Lane Loddington NN141LB outside our house Park View. It is on the verge of the lane it is very tall and the branches extend across the lane and touch both telephone and electric wires. I am worried about future storms with high winds the branches could bring down the lines. It is an adopted lane as highways have recently repaired the road.
