Poplar trees on verge causing subsidence

Sent to Northamptonshire County Council less than a minute later. ref: 2278222.

Two trees outside the college fence on the verge causing subsidence damage to 15 Esher Court. Need to be removed. NBC and Northampton College both confirm they are not responsible for these trees. Need to confirm if they are maintained by NCC. If not we intend to fell them to combat the subsidence damage.

I can confirm that these trees are highway trees, therefore they are our responsibility and we cannot give permission for these to be removed. If there are concerns with potential damage to your property then please request a claims form from highways@northamptonshire.gov.uk
