Sent to Northamptonshire Highways less than a minute later. ref: 2282164.
Pot holes at the top of 3 Poplar Close, NN126BJ. This has gotten exceedingly worse over the past 6 months. Now causing trip hazards.

Please can you confirm what the guidelines are to exceed the highway intervention levels so I can fully understand? The road now is causing dangerous trip hazards. Poplar Close have a mixture of young children and elderly residents which is causing a lot of worry and concern that an accident could occur. Appreciate your prompt response.

thank you for your enquiry as requested carriageway defects need to be at least 50mm vertical edged so wearing course lose is not considered a safety defect however it could be considered for future works programme
