37 and 39 Cartrill Street there is a large bush and overgrown weeds on the pavement causing hazard for pedestrians

Outside 39 Cartrill Street there is a very big lavender bush which is taking up half of the footpath and outside 37 Cartrill Street there are overgrown weeds on the pavement, both issues are hazardous to pedestrians particular disabled residents on mobility scooters who have to use the road to pass the obstructed footpath.
