Vegetation obstructing view

Reported in the Restricted Visibility category anonymously at 21:33, Monday 7 September 2020

Sent to Northamptonshire County Council less than a minute later. ref: 2283454.

This was reported in August, it doesnt look like it has been done. Now we are back to school there is more traffic and already have witnessed two near misses on bridge. Vision going toward Wollaston is very poor when in a car. This happens every year during Summer- Autumn. Also this site indicates major work in Oct 2020. This is a major school route so please sign well in advance and advise school transport thank you.

  • I appreciate your published response times for faults, but I agree with the original report in that the overgrown roadside vegetation has resulted in no visibility of oncoming Traffic. Unless you are in a vehicle that sits higher up, there is no clear view and as such, I have been witnessing near misses daily as cars meet head to head on the first bridge. This is a very dangerous issue, please prioritise.
