Advertising board changed to street sign

Sent to Northamptonshire Highways less than a minute later. ref: 2286702.
An a board has been chained to a speed sign advertising a coffee stall that has been set up in the public gardens park which has an entrance nearby. They can be found on Facebook called vespaccino. Apologies for the rubbish picture. It might be worth checking for another sign at the other entrance to the park on church hill.
