Greenway paths becoming smaller

The greenway is now becoming very overgrown and it is not possible to safely pass by other walkers / runners / cyclists for much of the length of this pathway from Asda to Crown Way

  • This needs attending to as the pathway is getting narrower by the day. There are areas worse than these photos show. I roughly measured the width of the path by my steps at the original size of 8 1/2 Steps, in some areas the clearance between the vegetation reduces to just under 5 of my steps. This roughly equates to just over 2/5 ths of the pathway lost and as such goes against the ability to be able to social distance. Attendance is needed along most of this greenway including some overhanging dangling prickly twigs especially at teh entrances to the bridge.
