3/4 of a mile up unnamed road between Woodford Halse and Charwelton Road edge of the road is crumbling away

There is an unnamed road that runs between Woodford Halse and Charwelton Road, and 3/4 of a mile up this road travelling from Woodford Halse to the Charwelton junction the side of the road is crumbling away approx. 5 inches in and 6 inches high, the road is not wide enough to allow 2 cars to pass with this obstruction. One road user saw this as another vehicle was travelling and was unable to stop in time before going over the crumbling road and caused two flat tyres on one side as a result.
