Sent to Northamptonshire Highways less than a minute later. ref: 2295644.
Received a complaint regarding an un-dropped kerb which residents are using to mount the pavement to gain access to a property. There are stones on this property which the complainant alleges are coming onto the footpath and causing safety issues.

Letter to be sent 17.9.20 giving 6 weeks to apply for a dropped kerb or desist. Follow up inspection due after 5th November.16/09/2020 - Site to be inspected within the next two weeks

Follow up inspection carried out 3rd November. Access still in use a further letter has been sent and further inspection planned for w/c 7th December.
