Vegetation needs cutting and spraying

The grass verge outside 1 George St the weeds are up the wall this is not cut when the rest of the grass verges are cut it is always left out and the weeds when it is cut are always left which have in the past been so high and bushy have pushed on my fence, I’ve called up many times regarding this matter. Also when the grass is cut outside the weeds are then left on my driveway which has cost me a fortune in weed killer to remove, now as this is council property that has caused these weeds I feel it is not down to me to keep removing the weeds, I would appreciate if the council would come and spray weed killer on this and keep on top of it when they are cutting the grass verge as weeds fly over the wall and also my back garden and this is not on.
