Overhanging branches and bushes are obstructing the pathway and restricting access for wheelchairs and pushchairs
Reported in the Restricted Visibility / Overgrown / Overhanging category anonymously at 23:27, Mon 21 September 2020
Sent to Northamptonshire Highways less than a minute later. ref: 2305819.
The rest of the stretch of hedged are well kept by the residents but the section close to the dog waste bin have been overhanging the path and getting worse. These are not belonging to the houses as their fence boundary is a few metres further back, these are believed to be the responsibility of the council . The council have been really good at cutting the grass, road sweeping & changing the bins but if they could cut these overhanging branches back it would be appreciated so people don’t have to walk into the road , this is more apparent at the moment as people are trying to maintain social distance when passing but half the area is not usable due to overhanging and sharp branches and bushes . Thank you :)
