Disgusting stench of urine, ashamed of this towns cleanliness

Sent to Northamptonshire County Council less than a minute later. ref: 2306398.

Had a visitor to the town needing to get to a bank, could not believe the state of Drum Lane, where we walked down. The smell made you feel sick. Would not recommend anyone paying a visit to this town. Ashamed of everywhere.
