ASh tree with Die Back

Reported in the Restricted Visibility / Overgrown / Overhanging category anonymously at 17:52, Tuesday 22 September 2020

Sent to Northamptonshire County Council less than a minute later. ref: 2307212.

There is an ash tree at the end of my drive and I am not sure if it is your responsibility or mine (it is between the verge and my paddock). It has Die back and so probably needs to be felled. Is it my responsibility to take it down or yours?
