  • Thank you for using the Street Doctor service to report an issue. Whilst your concerns are noted please be advised that Northamptonshire Highways do not have the jurisdiction over this issue. Northamptonshire Police have powers to enforce if there is an obstruction on the highway where it is deemed not possible for a driver to safely manoeuvre, pedestrians to pass unhindered along the footway or that access to a public or private property is impeded. It would look like this is the particular issue that you are experiencing and so any concerns in relation to the above can be reported via the local Safer Communities Team by calling the non-emergency telephone number 101 or by the Northamptonshire Police website. Regrettably, we are unable to assist you further at this stage, however your local Police may have alternative powers to help the situation and I would suggest that you contact them in the first instance.
