Sent to Northamptonshire Highways less than a minute later. ref: 2309188.

Pyracantha (very prickly) leaning out onto the footpath. No attempt by home owners to cut it back for the last 2 years. It’s on the corner of a school and catches countless children.

An email has been sent to the customer for a location. An inspection has been completed and a letter sent to the resident requesting the vegetation be cut back from the footpath

Shrub has been cut back so long straggly bits are no longer sticking out but not as much as it could have been. It’s such a fast growing shrub that needs cutting back a couple times of year, I suspect early spring it will be right over the path again.
