Overgrown shrub

Sent to Northamptonshire Highways less than a minute later. ref: 2309188.
Pyracantha (very prickly) leaning out onto the footpath. No attempt by home owners to cut it back for the last 2 years. It’s on the corner of a school and catches countless children.

Shrub has been cut back so long straggly bits are no longer sticking out but not as much as it could have been. It’s such a fast growing shrub that needs cutting back a couple times of year, I suspect early spring it will be right over the path again.
