Lorries driving over footpath as same level as road

Sent to Northamptonshire County Council less than a minute later. ref: 2309909.

Outside The Old Bakehouse, lorries are mounting the footpath due to narrow road and footpath being same level as road. Resident asking for investigation and footpath raising / safety railings being installed.
