  • Thank you for your enquiry. A letter has been sent to the relevant homeowner requesting that the overhanging vegetation is cut back. A revisit will be carried out 14 days after the receipt of the letter.

  • Thank you for the update but what does the above update mean, specifically? A site visit has been made to verify there is a problem with overhanging branches and vegetation. A letter was sent to the homeowner and you said this would be followed up two weeks later. The follow-up now seems to have stalled. Are you able to provide further details of what you are actually assessing/ investigating now?

  • 02/11 The tree has a TPO and the owner/occupier is awaiting permission from the Northampton Borough Council to have it cut back. This will be updated further week commencing 16/11 with regards to this
