Damaged gate difficult to open and dangerous fastening bolt

Reported in the Gate - Damaged/ Missing category by Lisa Hipgrave at 21:33, Tuesday 29 September 2020

Sent to Northamptonshire County Council less than a minute later. ref: 2317912.

This gate is damaged and difficult to open. The closure has been replaced with a piece of bolt which is sharp and could easily become embedded in a horses side. I believe as there is no livestock in this field the gate should be permanently removed - following the “ least restrictive option” principle of the Equality Act 2010.
