Lack of drop kerbs opposite Wreschner Close, suitable footpaths to allow wheelchair users to cross the road safely.

Reported in the Obstruction (Not Vegetation) category anonymously at 14:52, Thursday 1 October 2020

Sent to Northamptonshire County Council less than a minute later. ref: 2320279.

I have a degenerative condition and am now relying more and more on a wheelchair to get about and this has highlighted the lack of dropped kerbs to allow me access from Hayes Road to the rest of the village. Leaving Wreschner Close you can only stay on the path by turning right into Hayes Road but before you come to a crossing point with dropped kerbs you run into a narrow section of path which is totally unsuitable for a wheelchair.
