  • On the night of the 25th October 2020, the occupier of 55 Beaconsfield Terrace pretended to have trouble taking his scooter up the ramp and eventually left if on the street overnight. I say pretended because he never has trouble taking the scooter up the ramp. My assumption is he left it there deliberately knowing there will be an inspection the following day (26th October 2020)
