There needs to be a drop kerb opposite the bus top, which does have one

It is dangerous to use a mobility scooter or wheelchair to cross the road as there is no drop kerb opposite the bus stop. Wheelchairs have to enter Kilborn road for 250ft before being able to cross safely.
