Conifer encroaching over footpath

Sent to Northamptonshire County Council less than a minute later. ref: 2320967.

The footpath outside no 11 the Warren, Thorpe Mandeville is obstructed by an overgrown conifer which makes it difficult for pedestrians especially with pushchairs. They have to divert onto the grass which will become more problematic in the winter weather

  • Thank you for your enquiry. Site visit has been undertaken. A letter has been sent to the owner requesting that the vegetation is cut back within 14 days after receipt of the letter. A re-visit will then be undertaken to ensure this work has been carried out.
