Footpath ploughed over and planted with crops
Reported via desktop in the Passage-Obstructed/Overgrown category anonymously at 19:39, Friday 2 October 2020
Sent to Northamptonshire County Council less than a minute later. ref: 2322518.
The footpath crossing this field has been ploughed over and not reinstated, instead it is now blocked by crops. I raised this same issue on ticket 2284517 and was told on 15/09/2020 that the landowner had been contacted and would reinstate the path within 2 weeks as dictated by the Countryside Act 1980 Section 134. As of 01/10/2020 the path remians impassable and no attempt has been made to restore the path.

This path has now been unusable since at least July. Despite repeated attempts to contact both the landowner and the council nothing has been done to reinstate the path. It is a clear breach of the Countryside act 1980 section 134 which states the path should be restored within 2 weeks after ploughing.

Still open, via questionnaire
As of 27/11/20 this footpath is still impassable. The crops have been harvested and the field re-ploughed, again with no respect for the footpath.
