Circa 50 cm diameter pothole in centre of Torrington Road just north of its junction with Torrington Crescent that is furthest from Hardwick Road. With rain it is occupied by a puddle and is deteriorating rapidly under traffic with much granular sub base being spread over the carriageway. The latter presents a hazard to vehicles and pedestrians if launched into air by traffic.
