Sunken drain has been there for a long while and due to parked car you always end up driving into it when going up road.

Thank you for your enquiry. A works order has been raised this will be undertaken within the next 6 months. On most occasions, we are completing defects sooner. ). Can you please contact us again if the defect gets any worse so our officers can re-inspect, preferably attaching a photograph (where it is safe for you to take one).

Thank you for your enquiry and for bringing this matter to our attention. We understand that you have concerns about the condition of drain; specifically, that we you feel it has sunken and is causing a hazard. Whilst we appreciate your comments and reservations, we have spoken to our inspector who; along with a site supervisor have carried out an extensive review of this matter. They have concurred that the dished carriageway gulley does not require adjusting. There are no immediate safety concerns relating to this issue that warrant further investigation or repair at this time. However, please be assured that we will continue to monitor the area as part of our routine inspections. If you feel the situation deteriorates, please inform us via our Street Doctor platform.
