Very slippery cover and raised jagged concrete surround

Sent to Northamptonshire County Council less than a minute later. ref: 2326727.
The cover in the picture is from the pavement on the East side of the road near 12 St Mary’s Close in Nassington. When it is wet the cover is extremely slippery which caused me to slip and fall onto the raised concrete surround resulting in bruised shoulder and elbow as well as a nasty deep cut on my hand from the jagged concrete edge. I am just sending you the photo and location as you might want to consider changing it and repairing the pavement before somebody potentially has a much more serious accident.
Thank you for reporting a fault. We will use the information you have provided to assess and prioritise this fault in accordance with our published response times for fault reports.
