Blocked drains resulting in flloding into private driveways

Sent to Northamptonshire Highways less than a minute later. ref: 2329556.

Blocked drains at corner of Station Road and William Steele Way are blocked, particularly due to grass cuttings and leafs. During rain area floods and goes into driveway of no. 4 and neighbours in William Steele Way. Resident would like someone senior from Highways to contact them to discuss the issue as nothing has been done for years.

  • This is an issue which occurs every time we have heavy rain. The water stretches across the entrance to William Steele Way and over the pavement. There are foul water drains, but these are inadequate.
