Footpath blocked and deep holes

Reported via desktop in the Obstruction (Not Vegetation) category anonymously at 11:14, Thursday 8 October 2020

Sent to Northamptonshire County Council less than a minute later. ref: 2331538.

The footpath is blocked by high stinging nettles so you must use the building site. Further along there are huge holes all the way along the barrier which doesnt actually give you enough space to walk. Further along the foot path is pure mud churned up by vehicles and totally impassable. We got stuck in the mud hugging the railing and turned back we couldnt make it to the other side of the path. Admit its a building site but right of way doesnt appear to be taken seriously
