Sent to Northamptonshire Highways less than a minute later. ref: 2332750.

The pothole has clearly been here some time as others have comlained; no warnings have been posted on the road and no repair made. Hit the pothole hard in the dark at about 46mph (50mph limit), will have car inspected for damage as at the very least wheel balancing weights have been dislodged.

  • I put in a claim for my ruined tyre which happened before this Pot hole was repaired. The claim was turned down and now the pot hole has reopened in a matter of a couple of months and it is as bad as the last time. How is it that no one is accountable and we have to keep funding the repairs to our cars. Can the hole not have some fluorescent paint sprayed round it so it can be avoided in the dark. Jk 04/02/21
