Outside the flats at 61 Spencer Bridge Road NN5 7DP There are loads of stones /pebbles from the flats who have these in front of the building , These are dangerous and should have not been put down in the first place

  • 30/10 The stones have been swept and the owners/occupiers have been written to to keep the footway swept in front of the property as the front part of this property where the stones are located is not part of the highway
