Bollard missing from socket and overhanging newly thatched roof damaged by passing lorriesthatch r

Reported via mobile in the Safety Bollard - Damaged/Missing category by Malcolm Luthman at 11:34, Friday 9 October 2020

Sent to Northamptonshire County Council less than a minute later. ref: 2333240.

The bollard fitted by you years ago is missing from its socket. The cottage eve overhangs the narrow road. The cottage has been newly thatched and within a few weeks a lorry has driven too close and torn the thatch netting. The bollard is essential to avoid this happening repeatedly
