Sent to Northamptonshire Highways less than a minute later. ref: 2333240.
The bollard fitted by you years ago is missing from its socket. The cottage eve overhangs the narrow road. The cottage has been newly thatched and within a few weeks a lorry has driven too close and torn the thatch netting. The bollard is essential to avoid this happening repeatedly
