Poor visibility looking right at junction
Reported via desktop in the Potholes / Highway Condition category anonymously at 08:34, Tue 13 October 2020
Sent to Northamptonshire Highways less than a minute later. ref: 2338328.
A stop sign instead of give way would be more appropriate at this dangerous high speed junction due to the lack of visibility looking right whilst pulling out from sidegate lane. Many motorists pull out into on coming traffic regularly

Is there an update here? Yesterday I was in a car and the driver pulled out of Sidegate after we both judged it to be clear but something was coming quickly from Wellingborough direction. Could the traffic speed limit be lowered here? It's so dangerous due to poor visibility.
Also as a matter of urgency could someone be sent out to straighten the signs? It appears some plonker has turned the Give Way signs so they are facing the wrong direction?!
