Wheelie bin notoriously left on the sidewalk.

Reported via desktop in the Obstruction (Not Vegetation) category anonymously at 09:46, Tuesday 13 October 2020

Sent to Northamptonshire County Council less than a minute later. ref: 2338471.

The people of 94 Norton Road have a habit of leaving the wheelie bin on the pavement, although they have enough space around the house on which the bin can stand. As a result, when they park their car in front of the house, there is so little space on the sidewalk that mothers with prams or people using mobility scooters have great difficulty driving through / walking there. Could you please tell them that this should not be done because they remain deaf to the suggestions of their neighbours.
