Loading Bay road marking not here

Sent to Northamptonshire Highways less than a minute later. ref: 2342473.

There is a loading bay outside my office and over time the road markings have faded and many people have received tickets over the last year This morning the lines have been repainted - however the words "LOADING BAY" have not been repainted and already people are parking in there thinking it is a normal parking space.
