Please be advised that there are parking restrictions in place at the location mentioned in the Street Doctor report submitted and should any vehicle be contravening these restrictions then you may wish to contact email@example.com who can request a visit from Civil Enforcement Officers when they may be next in the vicinity. However, should the issue be where there are no restrictions in place, this may be a police matter but only if the vehicles were deemed to be causing an obstruction. In which case you should contact your local police on the non-emergency number 101 in the first instance. In the event that you would like consideration be given to future parking restrictions at the location then may I take this opportunity to refer you to the website https://www3.northamptonshire.gov.uk/ councilservices/ northamptonshire-highways/ parking/ Pages/ request-for-new-parking-restrictions.aspx for more information on the process and how to submit an application. It might also be helpful to add that parking restrictions have a Traffic Regulation Order behind them in order to make the restrictions legal and enforceable. The County Council is therefore required to follow a formal process, which includes consultation and potentially a period of dealing with any objections, before parking restrictions can be changed, implemented or removed. I trust that this information will be of assistance to you.
