Bollard removed & padlock now missing to resecure it.

Apologies, the issue is not "Kerbs" however I couldn't find a suitable tab. The issue relates to the bollard being removed and the padlock which secures the bollard is now missing. I have placed the bollard back in its place, however it can be removed again. When the bollard is removed it allows vehicles easy access to drive along the footpath / cycle path.
