Overgrown bushes on Balland Way making it impossible to keep 2 metres away or walk with small children

Reported via desktop in the Obstruction (Not Vegetation) category anonymously at 12:27, Monday 19 October 2020

Sent to Northamptonshire County Council less than a minute later. ref: 2347518.

These overgrown bushes make it impossible to walk side by side with young children socially distant, without walking on muddy grass or the actual road. It is also impossible to walk with our grandchildren safely particularly when using a buggy with a baby at the same time as walking with younger siblings. In 20 years living in adjoining Flinters Close I have never seen these bushes trimmed.
