Over grown ivy from public path onto private property

27 Ilex Close Hardingstone NORTHAMPTON NN4 6DS Please see old ref 2284620 - regarding trees. There has been ground work. There is ivy on my private property. There is a 10 foot drop bank onto a public footpath and the ivy has grown up from there and is gone all over my patio. The ivy roots are under the patio and causing damage. And the fence has been destroyed. It has grown all over the roof of my garage.

  • Please can someone let me know what is going to be done about the above as I cannot get the work done on my garden and need this to be sorted out as it is not safe to go out in the garden and the garage is unsafe , if I remove the ivy from the garage if will fall down son can someone please let me know what is going to happen with all of this, as I have been told that this has not been any maintenance done on this in over 20yrs. Thankyou.
