Footpath lifting up with weight of scaffolding left on pavement for two years

Resident has left scaffolding on the public footpath for over 2 years outside 64 Abington Avenue, plus sand in the road for over 2 months. Footpath appears to be raising, possibly due to the weight of the scaffolding laying on it.

30/10 A site visit has been done and letters have been stent with regards to both the building materials and scaffolding. A further site visit will take place week commencing 09/11

20/11 House is vacant so obtained owner's details and a letter has been sent to remove scaffolding and building materials or gain licences for both. A follow up site visit will take place week commencing 30/11
