Gates at property removed leaving precaurious pillar next to footpath

10 Park Ave N, gates removed to allow car to illegally drive over footpath into drive. Brick gate post is loose because gates removed.

  • Backing onto oncoming traffic very near to where the road splits into 2 lanes by the traffic lights.

  • 30/10 A site visit has been done and a letter has been sent to refrain from bumping and advised to repair the gate post. A further site visit will be carried out week commencing 16/11

  • 19/11 Further site visits have taken place and no bumping has been seen. As wall that needs repairing is not on the highway, please report this to the district council if you believe it to be a safety issue
