Sent to Northamptonshire County Council less than a minute later. ref: 2358439.
As previously reported case 2247820 several sections of the south bound carriageway have sunk causing excessive vibration to our property aswell as our neighbours caused when HGV vehicles pass over the damaged area at speed we are concerned the vibrations are causing damage to our properties. i previously reported this issue but it would seem there has been some missunderstanding to the location of the damage as a repair has been carried out at the entrance to furnace lane and not on the A509 as stated with the increased traffic in the area this is something we feel will only get worse and requires urgent arrention. My neighbour located nearest to the road has suggested that when you attend a site visit he could meet with you to exactly locate the issue if possible.
Thank you for reporting a fault. We will use the information you have provided to assess and prioritise this fault in accordance with our published response times for fault reports.
