A47 east of A43 junction, DANGEROUS CRAWLER LANE

Reported via desktop in the Road Markings - Worn/Faded category anonymously at 08:45, Tue 27 October 2020

Sent to Northamptonshire Highways less than a minute later. ref: 2358872.

The uphill crawler lane at this location ends suddenly, and unexpectedly, shortly after a left-hand bend (where hatched markings protect an entrance on the south side of the road over the brow of the hill). There are NO signs or road markings indicating that the crawler lane is about to reach a very abrupt end. This seems extremely dangerous to me.
