  • Hello, Every time there is heavy rain the gullies can't cope with the quantity of water, this then flows like a river down the side of our house into the back garden whereupon we have to open the side gate to stop the water backing up and potentially coming into the property. The dropped kerb to our property is only 10mm above the road surface, which was re-surfaced around a year ago. We are having to keep sandbags on standby and use them when it rains hard. We are so glad that we have been in on the occasions that there has been heavy rain so that we can do something about it, our only worry is that we are away and come back to flooding inside our house, its only a matter of time, please can you send someone to investigate this for us.
