5 Clumber Drive, drop kerb for driveway, rain water doesn’t make to nearby drain as road is of an uneven surface.

Drop kerb from the driveway of 5 Clumber Drive. When heavy rainfall water doesn’t flow to nearby drain because of an uneven surface leading to flooding on footpath and road. This leads to vehicles driving over this pool of water with an occasional uplift on to pedestrians including young children.
Not sure how long this has been present but I have noticed during heavy periods of rain over the last month especially.
