Sent to Northamptonshire Highways less than a minute later. ref: 2361943.

Drain outside number 90 Willis Way always floods when there is heavy rain and this causes flooding on the highway which could cause an accident for road users and also makes it dangerous for users of mobility scooters in the area. Flooding has subsided at present but when it rains again it will flood the road.
